Santa Cruz Blur XC Carbon

This bike is the best XC race bike yet from Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz have been patient with their adoption of carbon as a material. Rather than rush in like other brands they have waited unitl the material science was right to make a bike strong enough to out perform their aluminium offerings.

This Santa Cruz is not only lighter than previous models, it is also stronger in all the right places. It climbs better, responds more rapidly to out of the saddle efforts yet loses little if anything of its supple virtual pivot dual suspension smoothness on the trail and while descending.

The bike shown here belongs to Jo Stewart. It features Fox suspension, an XTR XC build kit and Reynolds Carbon clincher wheels with Maxxis Rendez tyres mounted with Stans notubes.

BLur XCs come in two colours, carbon silver as shown and carbon red. Santa Cruz offer a selection of build kits and front forks to complete your Blur.
