Bianchi Oltre Di2 Specific

In recognition of the success of Shimano's Di2 Electronic groupset Bianchi have created a Di2 specific version of their very latest flagship model the Oltre. This frame has machined cavities in the tubes and bottom bracket area to allow the electronic wires and junction to be mostly hidden within the frame giving this already very aero dynamic bike an even sleeker finish.

This top of the range frame and groupset has then been completed with custom parts suited to owner Gary McLennan. Gary is a powerful rider who loves to crank things up on flat courses but has a history of breaking wheels and spokes. We have fitted a set of Zipps 404 Max wheels. These wheels have 4 extra spokes front and back to resist Garys aggressive riding style. The handlebars are the stiff Zipp Course SL alloy bars. These parts in combo with the ultra stiff Bianchi aero frame have given Gary extra responsiveness and acceleration in addition to the reliability he was looking for.
